Services
What's the difference between occupied and vacant staging?
Occupied staging is for homes where the seller is still living. StyleBite works with your existing furniture as the foundation, adding select pieces and accessories from their inventory to elevate the space. Vacant staging is for empty properties, where StyleBite supplies everything, including furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, and accessories, based on a custom design plan created for your specific property.
Do you stage condos?
Yes. Condo staging is one of StyleBite’s core specialties. It requires a different approach than staging a house, particularly when it comes to furniture scale, maximizing the perception of space, and understanding the buyer profile for Toronto’s condo market. StyleBite carries inventory specifically suited to condo environments.
What does the consultation service include?
A StyleBite professional visits your home for a 1-2 hour walkthrough and provides a room-by-room assessment from a buyer’s perspective. You’ll leave with a prioritized task list, paint color recommendations, furniture layout guidance, and budget priorities. If you decide to move forward with staging services afterward, the $250 consultation fee is applied toward the staging cost.
Do you offer virtual staging?
What areas do you serve?
StyleBite serves the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Brampton, Markham, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and King City. The team travels approximately 1 to 1.5 hours from Toronto for staging projects.
Pricing
How much does home staging cost?
Pricing depends on the service and scope of work:
- Consultation: $250 (credited toward staging if you proceed)
- Occupied staging: $1,495 to $3,495, depending on home size and the inventory required
- Condo staging: Starting at $2,000
The best way to get an accurate number is to reach out for a quote. Once StyleBite has the details of your property, they can give you a precise figure.
What does the staging fee cover?
The staging fee covers the design, transportation, installation, and one month of furniture and accessory rental. For occupied staging, it includes a consultation with decluttering recommendations and tips for maintaining the staged look throughout the listing period.
What happens if my home doesn't sell within the first month?
The standard rental period is one month. If the property is still on the market beyond that, renewal fees apply. StyleBite can walk you through extension terms as needed.

Why StyleBite
What makes StyleBite different from other staging companies?
A few things stand out. First, communication: StyleBite employs dedicated client care staff whose job is to keep clients informed at every stage. You won’t be left wondering what’s happening with your project. Second, capacity: with a 7,000 square foot warehouse and an in-house logistics team, StyleBite can handle approximately 50 projects simultaneously and deliver without delays. Third, experience: over 1,000 homes staged across the GTA, more than 100 five-star Google reviews, and recognition with the 2025 Consumer Choice Award.
Is staging actually worth it?
Research consistently shows it is. 86% of staged homes see a 6-25% increase in selling price, and staged homes sell faster, which reduces carrying costs. With 90% of buyers beginning their search online, the listing photos matter enormously. A professionally staged home photographs better, attracts more interest, and gives buyers an easier time visualizing themselves in the space. That combination tends to produce better offers.
Are you insured and certified?
Yes. StyleBite carries full liability insurance. Founder Mythily holds the Certified Ultimate Stager™ designation and is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).
