What Sets StyleBite Apart from Other Stagers
Right-Scale Furniture for Condos
Standard furniture overwhelms small spaces. Our inventory includes pieces specifically dimensioned for condo living, designed to make units feel spacious rather than cramped.
Lighting and Space Solutions
Many Toronto condos have limited natural light or tricky layouts. Our designers use lamp placement, mirrors, and light-toned accessories to make every unit feel bright and open.
Design Targeted to Your Buyer
Condo buyers (young professionals, downsizers, first-time buyers) have distinct preferences. We stage to appeal to whoever is most likely to make an offer on your unit.
7,000 sq ft Warehouse, No Delays
We own all our inventory. No waiting on third-party rental companies. We can move quickly and match any style: modern, contemporary, traditional, or luxury.
How the Condo Staging Process Works
1. Request a Quote
Contact us by phone or fill out the Quick Quote form. We’ll gather details about your unit: size, location, number of rooms, and timeline.
2. Proposal and Consultation
We prepare a customized proposal and review it with you by Zoom or email. For occupied units, you can send photos and videos for a complimentary preliminary assessment.
3. Property Visit and Planning
Our team visits the unit to take measurements and finalize the design. We handle all building logistics, including elevator bookings and loading dock coordination.
4. Staging Day
We bring everything from our warehouse and complete the full installation. You receive updates when we leave, when we arrive, and when staging is complete, with photos and video.
5. List and Sell
Your condo is ready for professional photography and showings. The standard rental period is one month. Once it sells, we schedule destaging and leave the unit clean.

Condo Staging FAQs
Is it worth staging a condo before selling?
Yes. 86% of staged properties see a 6-25% increase in sale price, and staged homes sell faster. In a Toronto condo market where thousands of listings compete online, staging is one of the most effective ways to get more attention, more showings, and stronger offers.
When should I book a stager for my condo?
Staging should be complete before listing photos are taken. Since 90% of buyers start their search online, those photos often determine whether someone books a showing. The earlier you book, the smoother the timeline.
Do you stage small condos?
Yes. Smaller units are actually where staging has the biggest visual impact. We use right-scale furniture to make compact layouts feel larger, and our designers are experienced in getting the most out of limited square footage.
What does condo staging cost in Toronto?
Vacant condo staging starts at $2,000+. Occupied staging ranges from $1,495 to $3,495 depending on unit size and inventory required. A staging consultation is $250, which is credited toward staging if you proceed.
How do you handle building logistics for condo staging?
We take care of it. Our team coordinates elevator bookings, loading dock access, and move-in and move-out procedures with building management so you do not have to manage any of that yourself.
How long does staging take?
Installation is typically completed in one day. The time from initial inquiry to staging day depends on scheduling and, for occupied units, how quickly the unit can be prepped and decluttered. Destaging takes 2-4 hours once the unit sells.
Do you offer virtual staging?
No. StyleBite focuses exclusively on physical staging, which creates impact in both listing photos and during in-person showings. Virtual staging only affects photos and does nothing for buyers walking through the unit.
What if my condo does not sell within a month?
The standard rental period is one month. If your unit is still on the market after that, renewal fees apply for extended periods. We can discuss extension options based on your situation.
