Phenomenal

… As soon as my clients were ready, we confirmed a date for StyleBite to come stage for us. Rana was there personally and they were done in a few hours. The end result was phenomenal and my clients couldn’t recognize their home. I was extremely pleased with their service and plan to use them again.”

Home Staging FAQ’S

What is home Staging?

Imagine walking into a store and comparing two bottles of products. They have the same ingredients, but one has a dull, boring package, while the other tells you EXACTLY how it is going to change your life for the better. Easy choice, right?

Home staging is just like that strategic, life-changing packaging. It’s the art of placing furnishings and decor in a way that shows ideal buyers HOW they will live in the home-and why they will want to!

Do I need to stage my home for it to sell in the GTA?
It’s true that some homes sell without staging services, but it’s more important to note that over 80% of homes sell faster and for more money when staged. Translation: Skipping home staging is like leaving money on the table!
What does home staging cost in Toronto?
We can’t speak for every professional home staging company out there, but our rates start at $995 for occupied staging and $1,950 for vacant staging. The investment depends on the amount of furnishings we will need for your space, but we often see this amount returned when offers come flooding in from buyers.
What do professional home stagers do, and why should I consider working with a professional home stager?
First impressions are everything, especially in real estate. However, with professional staging, you can take your space and make it a home worth purchasing. Whether furnishing a new build, organizing or decluttering a property that’s being lived in, conducting repairs, or redesigning your current décor, professional home stagers in Toronto are skilled in carefully creating picturesque first impressions that will sell your home quickly to your intended buying demographic.
What is involved in staging a home to sell?
At StyleBite Staging, we view every home and property as an opportunity to create a space that highlights its unique strengths and selling points. Therefore, before getting started on your home to determine a strategy, the professional team at StyleBite Staging will meet with you to do a consultation.

This typically takes anywhere from 1 – 2 hours, depending on the size of your home. A StyleBite stager will perform a walk-through to provide their professional opinion on enhancing the aesthetic appeal of each room before providing you with an approximate quote on the services required to transform your home before it hits the market.

How long does it take to stage a home?
The length of time it will take to stage your home will depend on what services are needed to enhance your property relative to the size of your home. Therefore, during the initial consultation with one of our professional StyleBite stagers, you’ll be provided with a time estimate that will help you begin preparing your home for the staging process.
Which rooms or spaces are the most important to stage for your sale?
Staging your home is one of the most effective methods to maximize your price point and sell your house quickly in a competitive real estate market. The three most important rooms to stage are the kitchen, living room and primary bedroom. Known as the heart of any home, the primary focus on staging these spaces is key to potential home buyers envisioning themselves and their families starting their new chapter on your property. Other essential rooms include the dining room and bathrooms
What is NOT included in home staging?
The job of a professional staging company is to ensure your home is strategically marketed to potential buyers so you can sell your property quickly while maximizing revenue. Therefore, while a staging company will not provide you with general renovation to improve your space, they will provide recommendations that will allow you to adjust and enhance your current fixtures before eliciting outside resources to further improve the aesthetic appeal of your home.
